Apex Iris (Iris Rentals and Iris Hotels) is software made by Apex Systems for managing rental properties and hotels. By using the website or the apps you agree to these terms.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for the logins you create and for the information you enter. Your records remain yours; we use them only to provide the service (see the privacy policy).
Connected accounts and advertising
If you connect Google, Meta or other accounts, you authorise Apex Iris to act on them as you instruct, for example to read results or change an advertising budget. Advertising costs are charged by those platforms to you. You can disconnect at any time.
Fair use
Do not use Apex Iris for anything unlawful, to send spam, or to access data that is not yours.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Apex Iris helps you keep records; it does not replace your own checks of payments, legal documents or tax filings. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last three months.
