Who we are
Apex Iris is property and hotel management software made by Apex Systems in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy covers this website (apexiris.app) and the Apex Iris apps (Iris Rentals and Iris Hotels). Questions: admin@apexiris.app.
What we collect on this website
When you ask for a demo we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city and what you manage. We use it only to contact you about Apex Iris.
This website uses the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure which adverts lead to demo requests. Google may set cookies for this. You can limit ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
What the apps hold
Our customers (landlords, property managers and hotels) keep their own records in Apex Iris: properties, rooms, tenants and guests, payments, receipts, ID documents they upload and messages they send. That information belongs to the customer. We process it only to run the service for them, and it is visible only to the people they give a login to.
Google, Meta and other connected accounts
If a customer connects their Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Facebook or Instagram account, Apex Iris uses that access only to show their own advertising spend, results, reviews and messages in their dashboard, and to pause, resume or change budgets or post content when the customer asks for it. We do not sell this data, use it for our own advertising, or share it with anyone else. A customer can disconnect at any time in Settings, or by removing our access in their Google or Meta account.
The use of information received from Google APIs by Apex Iris follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to run the apps (hosting, email, WhatsApp messaging and AI services that read documents or draft replies); they process data only on our instructions.
Keeping and deleting
Customer records are kept while the customer uses Apex Iris and deleted on request when they leave. Demo requests are kept until you ask us to delete them. Email admin@apexiris.app to see, correct or delete your information.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), passwords are stored hashed, and access is limited by role: owners, managers and tenants each see only what is theirs.
